    Judges

Judge Joseph J Ellis - (blamed mother for fathers malicious parenting and alienation from the child) After issuing a order that was not being followed by Vernon L Beslow III and receiving a federal COL against him via certified mail Judge Josef J Ellis denied the motion to reopen case in retaliation. Continues to aid in malicious parenting and child cries for mother who is being alienated with NO probable cause. Based his ruling on the testimony of Federally convicted felon (Shamila Q Williams, aka Beslow, and other names) who falsified medical records that where not verified or certified. Continues to violate mothers federal civil rights and constitutional rights.)

Judge Ricardo Rigual -(dropped October 12, 2021 court date hearing for mothers request to reopen case and sent an email. No proper service or reason why case was dropped) Mother learned about the case removal on the day of court. July 2021 Judge Rigual received a letter, motion to reopen and there after video evidence along with audio of child crying about abuse. Also reports from two supervisors and the Court ordered therapist who also complained to Child Protective Services and that Mr Beslow was not following the order. Evidence provided that showed the current order with all its limitations to mother was not being honored by Vernon L Beslow III. Also crucial change in circumstances.)

Judge Georgia K Sutton- (used falsified documents, false dismissed charges and hearsay to determine that mother was unfit. Refused petition to continue case when child was sick vomiting with high fever and mother was exposed to Corona virus and was unable to travel from New York City the home state of both mother and child. Both doctors note and form to continue was provided to court on March 8, 2020. She ruled to go forward with mother not present in court during pandemic. Court was closed the following week for months due to the same pandemic.)

    UPDATE January 2022
Federal Case N0. 3:22-ev-35-JAG filed in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia.

    Defendant

Vernon L Beslow III ( Malicious parent and con artist) Vernon Beslow III has fraudulent law suites in various courts around Virginia. Intentionally keeps child away from mother and all family members. In desperate need of money to maintain false lifestyle.

I filed many motions to show cause as to why he would not follow the court order and most recently was able to go to the magistrates office and press a citizens charge agaist him which I fear will be just another feather on the wrist on him.

Update- As I feared he was not held accountable for violating the very restrictive court order and He also the court omitted the prosecutor in a criminal case and asked me to act as his prosecutor and attempt to follow the law with no law degree.

Update- October 13, 2021- Vernon Leroy Beslow III attempted to retrieve a protective order to prevent mother from having any access to the child. Mr Beslow stated that the Childs school and head start director feels that mother poses a security threat to the school. Both Headstart and school denied this allegation and Judge Franklyn dismissed the petition for a protective order. Also financial fraud by Mr Beslow and spouse was discovered.

    Judges Comments

May 3, 2021 " I have no doubt that she feels betrayed by you every time you tell her you're coming, and you don't do it. So she rationalized it; Mommy's in the train station." " The future is a relentless collector of past promises, Ms. Jason. I use that saying all the time in civil and criminal cases, and it was given to me by one to the smartest men I've ever heard. And when you promise to come and don't she will ultimately hold you accountable. This gentleman will not need to do it; she'll do it. She will decide you are never coming. Do I think it's contributing to her current malaise? YES, I do." - Judge Joseph J Ellis

On May 3, 2021 Judge Ellis said in court order "Mother may petition the court to remove the requirements of supervision" On August 19, 2021 Same judge Joseph J Ellis DENIED motion to amend order,

This statement was base on the testimony of a Federally convicted Felon (Shamila Q Williams) who is unemployed and told by other judges to stop lying. There was no medical professionals to back her story.

May 3, 2021 "Mother may petition court to remove requirements of supervision".... Judge Joseph J Ellis denied motion to reopen September 10, 2021. The child best interest and the mothers rights are not what this judge is looking to protect.

Spotsylvania County Circuit and JDR court

    County/City:
    Spotsylvania
    Plaintiff

    Y Jason

    Defendant Attorney

Dennis McCarthy 660 Cambridge St Fredericksburg VA 22405 (used falsified, defamatory documents, and illegal tactics) attorney for Vernon L Beslow III

McCarthy was ordered to write the final order on May 3, 2021 by Ten Days. McCarthy never wrote the order and instead it was written by and signed JUNE 7, 2021. This was a tactic to prevent mother from appealing within 30 days.

In July 2020 Vernon L Beslow III, Dennis Mcarthy, and third party convicted felon Shamila Q Beslow arrived in General district court uninvited on an unrelated to a custody case and attempted to persuade the mother’s lawyer to convince her to take a guilty plea deal when there was an overwhelming amount of evidence for a not guilty. When the mothers’ lawyer refused to play his game, McCarthy threatened to sign
himself on as the special prosecutor to get a conviction. McCarthy also said he would have the
charge that was dropped against the mother by the prosecutor reopened. The mother's Lawyer
John Pickett stated that he would go to the authorities if he did. McCarthy then went to the Law
Enforcement officer Shultz and attempted to persuade her decision, when she said she was
dropping the false report charges with the overwhelming evidence. Officer Shultz proceeded to
ask the assigned prosecutor, who after speaking with Attorney Pickett recused herself earlier
from the case, to sign back on the case so she could null prosequi and drop the charges.
McCarthy behaved unethically in an attempt to cover the fact that he used these false charges to
alienate the mother from the child.
In the court lobby before the case was heard, McCarthy cursed, yelled and tried to belittle mothers court whiteness only to find that he was a child supervisor and court officer of Spotsylvania county.

McCarthy continues to suppress evidence in the case and went as far as sending and email unverified by the court, motioning to quash subpoena duces tecum for child school records to court and mother on October 25, 2021.

    Mediators

Dennis Mccarthy Lied to Judge about there being a mediation scheduled to remove and delay case out one year. There was never any mediation or visitation and child suffered as a consequence.
