Janice Wolk Grenadier had $30,000. Swindled by Divorce Lawyer Ilona Grenadier Heckman and James Arthur of Trouman Pepper Hamilton Sanders aka Mays & Valentine. Ilona lied to JWG telling her that her husband had stolen the money, catching JWG off guard at a vonerable moment when her daughter had just been born the day before evening of July 6, 1991, with Heart Issues and before conversations with heart doctors at Georgtown Hospital. Her daughter was in intensive care and Janice had an emergency c-section as they had lost her heart beat.
James Arthur by all appearance colluded with her.
Ilona called and had this idea - what Ilona did not tell JWG was that she had stolen the money. She did not admit that till 2008.

April 16, 2013 - Conversation with Neil Gurvitch he - has never met my x-husband – DMG nor has he ever worked for him – Ilona is his client – Which the question then is Why would Ilona take the agreement to a Maryland lawyer with all the lawyers she has here in Virginia?
April 16, 2013 – Deborah at the Virginia State Bar confirms Neil Gurvitch has never been a member of the Virginia State Bar giving him legal rights to act as an attorney on any Virginia matter - He is a partner of Wecheler, Selzer & Gurvitch, Chartered - in Bethesda, Maryland - and licensed in DC. .
Janice Wolk Grenadier has never given Ilona or David Trustee powers for her ownership in the GIC properties by her contribution of money and marriage.
When Bellefonte Ave was sold – The Liquidation Agreement did not hold up by Virginia Law Standards – so it would not for any of the other properties owned by GIC from the marriage of Janice & David without Janice signature.

The other property that comes under the City of Alexandria’s Jurisdiction is 404 East Monroe Ave, Alexandria Virginia, 22305 – Ilona know that the Liquidation Agreement did not hold up immediately after it being signed – has moved 404 East Monroe in and out of different partnership names.
I do not believe Southway Terrace would come under the City of Alexandria Jurisdiction and that will need to go to the Commonwealth Attorney in Prince William County.
The law is very clear on Real Estate – That once the funds were co-mingled and David and JWG were married – JWG was to sign off her interests in the GIC properties or to give Ilona Trustee power over JWG rights – which JWG never did. So each and every Deed Ilona has signed since David and JWG were married – is defective if it is a GIC property –
I have sent letters to the above people advising them to get in touch with their Title Insurance Company - I understand Ilona in retribution is instead of dealing with the situation – is instead trying to say other things that are not complementary to me – and very much on the boarder of Truth. Ilona can say whatever she wants to about me – But, the Liquidation Agreement did not hold up in court or with other Virginia Lawyers. Ilona a lawyer and officer of the court - has been notified as well as her attorneys who are all ignoring the issue. Or trying still to manipulate the issue.
The following law refers to the Fraud and collusion of Ilona & David - Ilona a divorce attorney -knew all along how to manipulate the situation - Because I believe from her letters written a few years ago - It was right around this time she had my x-husband pull a gun while the girls were in the house on me - David and Ilona in her letters confirm that the collusion was between the two of them.

Judge Claude Hilton is a party to the "Old Boys Network". That the case was either sealed and all documents that were disposed of to protect others. Sonia Grenadier had first been fleeced by Divorce Lawyer Ilona Grenadier Heckman through her law firm. Sonia's trust was then put iwth James Arthur who did not hold Divorce Lawyer Ilona Grenadier Heckman accountable nor did the FBI, or the VSB.
That when Judge Claude Hilton recused himself from Janice Wolk Grenadier's cases after dismissing them with no hearings - JWG learned that he was the Federal Judge who protected Ilona in the case with Jim Arthur all documents that were not destroyed by the courts are attached.
