Raffensperger in March. Plaintiff alleges that the Secretary of State changed the manner of handling absentee ballots to a form inconsistent with state law. On a variation of this argument, plaintiffs further alleges that the "disparate" treatment of absentee ballots by county boards as compared to the process laid out by the Georgia legislature is an equal protection violation. Plaintiff seeks an injunction against certifying the general election results in Georgia.
