Kayden Kathryn Mancuso, Murdered

Judge Trauger, inexperienced and new to bench presided over my case from 2016-2018. Ordered multiple evaluations, failed to follow proper custody statue procedure in regards to plaintiffs criminal history. Failed to uphold PFA procedure. Failed to protect Kayden, and violated her civil rights. Ignored court appointed evaluators recommendations. Ignored suicidal ideations as reported in Psychiatric evaluation by mandatory court appointed psych. Failed to consider dangerous traits as deemed by court appointed psychiatrist. Failed to protect child’s rights to safety over parental rights when by statute state resumes responsibility to protect child in custody cases. refused to order supervised visitations. Did not follow code, or statute, decreasing visitation admits reason for concern. . Child was murdered by suicidal father On one court ordered unsupervised visit. Judge then released statements to the public, “let this be a teachable moment to all of you”
