Lee County Judicial / DHS Corruption

My son, age 13, was removed from his home December 2 2021 due to Immenent danger/ dangerous substances. CPS Newberry & 2 Task Force members did a home visit. Newberry was told not to speak w my child & did so without my permission. The 2 task force members were misrepresented as “associates” of Newberry. While in my locked basement, 1 of the shares spotted a piece of glass on the ground. He picked it up & put it in his pocket. After they left, the task force member field tested the piece of broken glass & said it came up positive for meth residue. This piece was never sent to a lab nor did I s get I see the field test reports. It was thier word against mine. Dec 30th the assessment was founded for child abuse. Jan 28th my son was adjudicated by the courts. Please keep in mind, neither my son nor myself had been drug tested to see if usage was occurring or had occurred. They adjudicated my son based on the false testimony of 1 of the 2 agents & Newberry. They explained that even though I was not using, I was letting my company I had visiting my house use. If there was usage, it was not being done in my home. I can’t control or depict usage by an adult outside the premises of my home.
The broken piece of glass was planted. The allegations were of interveniously using methemphetamines. Why would broken glass be used? My sons father previously patrolled to my homes. He lived in the basement. His parole was violated for possession & he was sentenced back to prison. That could be one explanation of this evidence that they do not have proof of nor do they have the field testing results. For all we know, there was never even a piece of glass.
I got no criminal charges for possession nor prior drug charges. These allegations that started this procedure was due to a scorned ex girlfriend who contacted my step father who is the former Prosecuting Attornet for the county I preside in. The ex messaged my step father who then forwarded the messages to the county sheriff who then forwarded them to Task Force and to the prosecuting office who then called DHS. Yes, it’s a long trail but I have the messages photographed as evidence. I have now been without my son for 4 months & incarcerated for a civil contempt of court. Remind you, I have not broken any laws. Yet I served 45 days in jail because of a civil contempt of court. I need help. I need representation.
