Restraining order filed in 2016 - violated by Plaintiff in 2017 - No Contact Order issued.
Multiple ex parte motions and orders
Dec. 16, 2016 Judge issues joint legal custody and temporary placement of children with Plaintiff
Numerous meetings between attorneys and judge in chambers.
Plaintiff has filed ex parte motions and been granted all of them.
Plaintiff violates orders at will.
The children are suffering irreparable harm.
Placement of children has never changed and Defendant has not seen oldest in almost 3 years.
Defendant now only has 2 hours every other week with youngest child.
Oldest child, who is 17, is allowed to determine when he wants to see Defendant.
Defendant has no criminal record, no DCYF record, and has not been deemed unfit.
Due process has been denied and constitutional rights have been violated.
