Original Jurisdiction Case- Obstructed for 28+ years & counting

West Valley City Ut [the Court where the Original jurisdiction Case arose] REFUSED TO STAMP NOA & send to SCOTUS- 1st UNLAWFUL OBSTRUCTION
THREATENED with 4 separate harms only 1 LAWFUL [tho abuse of discretion & defacto obstruction] all harms brought except the [somewhat] lawful one- as that may have gotten my Original Jurisdiction case back on Track [SEND TO 10th CIRCUIT- Colorado]

One of the threatened harms: NEW BOGUS Charges would be brought if I did NOT drop the Original Jurisdiction case & I would be found guilty of these new charges before they were even filed!??!!
PROOF: obstruction & abuse of discretion & the only reason for initiation of unlawful action was to coerce me or force the case to disappear by disappearing me in the plantation for profit prison system being established [the mormon mason mossad mobile concentration camp they surround you with until you die or give up]

Boyden refuses me [THE PRO-SE] to get copy of record after police steal all my documents after booking under evidence of the wrong year... after I get some NOT all of those docs they then steal them from me again- a constant theme throughout this 30 year abuse] When I went to NEW Matheson Courthouse to get copy clerk was getting copy when another clerk [mormon?] intervened & called security & escorted me out of building threatening to arrest me if I didn't leave
San Diego County Superior Crt Dept 75 Richard EL Strauss- illegally evicted from my Home on Winona Ave Judge said I had a cause of action- police refused to cooperate Clerk refused to allow me to see the Judge to inform him of the abuses that were being committed to obstruct me in this & the overall case being obstructed
Somerville Mass Heffernan- another kangaroo court where I was NOT allowed to be pro-se did not get discovery, investigator or trial- ended up being tortured for 7 months as a pre-trial detainee... another kangaroo court set up inside torture facility no pro-se no discovery no subpoena no results of trial provided just continued torture for 7 months- never saw Heffernan of the court again- Heffernan did however steal the $300.00 I was told was required for me to meet bailout-sent from my father- despite sending requests for return of funds [I was never released even after 7 months nor did I get a trial total of almost 3 years incarcerated in brutal conditions- NO TRIAL ever] those funds never returned the Judge simply stole the bail money & never released me.
Klien heard me as a Pro-Se FINALLY & despite no sleep no notes no prep I won the hearing & was granted bail to be released- Klien ordered my release upon posting bail in somerville court which I did but I was never released just 3 years dead time in the most unbelieveable abuses conditions- once to keep me out of court over a weekend I was moved from Bristol County to Franklin county 4 times- so from bristol to franklin then franklin to bristol then bristol to franklin & then back to bristol... when mail caught up to me {PRO-SE] 2 years after case decided they said I had moved out of state that is reason I wasn't present [I was illegally incarcerated- THEY MOVED ME FROM JAIL TO JAIL including from mass- Rhode Island- I did NOT move out of state & they knew where I was the whole time].
1st Circuit Crt appeals- Filed Habeas Corpus as soon as that case got docketed another kangaroo court held by saris again refused to allow me to be pro-se appointed galser who worked with judge to silence me- too much to go into here about that kangaroo court- it was unreal from beginning to end more kafkaesqe than kafka's the trial... so the JUDGE SARIS appeals her BS decision to 1st Circuit I didn't because they made sure NOTHING from me was on the record... and THAT BS Judge filed appeal case replaced my totally legitimate 1st circuit habeas case... that I received notification like 2 yrs later had been decided in my absentia???[I am PRO-Se] & that was where they argued I had moved out of state- while still incarcerated & received that mail while as usual illegally placed in the hole... awesome!
After meeting Kavenaugh before he was confirmed I handed him my 4 page flyer & explained my case to him- he drove by the front of the church in his small compact vehicle stopped looked at me while I was getting my tent & stuff into my tent & leaving the porch of the MOGC that day he looked right at me & me at him... then he drove off- I thought he was checking to see of I was legit instead I get jumped 7 beaten then thrown in jail again no pro-se no full & timely discovery & no trial yet again just jail time for the crimes committed against me... and that would be here in DC where again my SCOTUS case was obstructed- Herrmann, Ross, Dalton...
Blackburn- NOT a single of my filings either in Trial Court or on TWO appeals & SCOTUS cert ever got a response other than false returns over 20 filings & NOT A SINGLE ONE ACKNOWLEDGED OR DELIBERATED UPON EVER!- trossman the US Atty never even acknowledged receiving a single document
