    Comments

    Dear President Trump,

"Crime is contagious. If the government becomes a lawbreaker, it breeds contempt for law; it invites every man to become a law unto himself; it invites anarchy," Olmsted v. United States, 277 U.S. 438, 451 (1928).

Thus, because the above-referenced issue must be exposed so that the citizens of the Commonwealth to vote to stop the above-referenced grant of impunity on November 3, I have filed a Motion for a Preliminary/Permanent Injunction (enclosed), in support of the previously submitted request for Statement of Interest of the federal government in SCOTUS Petition for Writ of Certiorari captioned, Isidoro Rodriguez v. Virginia State Bar Disciplinary Board, No. 20-25.

The motion supports the federal interest under Art. Four, § 4, Cl. 1 of the U.S. Constitution guaranteeing a "Republican Form of Government" ensuring that "justice is applied fairly." The motion seeks to enjoin the 2017 legislation enacted in violation of the amending procedure under Art. XII § 1 V.A. Const. and the prohibition on ex post facto law under Art. I, § 10, cl. 1 of the U.S. Const. and Art. 1 § 9 V.A. Const. The unconstitutional amendment violates the mandate of separation of power to deprive citizens of Virginia of independent litigation attorneys and the legal profession by unlawfully expanding the power of the Commonwealth's Judicial Branch.

As Thomas Jefferson wrote, made more than 200 years ago,

"[t]he germ of destruction of our nation is in the power of the judiciary, an irresponsible body - working like gravity by night and by day, gaining a little today and a little tomorrow, and advancing its noiseless step like a thief over the field of jurisdiction, until all shall render powerless the checks of one branch over the other and will become as venal and oppressive as the government from which we separated."

I am working hard for your reelection, and wish you and the First Family well.
