All Total I have expended well over 100,00.00 in Legal expenses with Virginia Lawyers, which in my opinions has been merely a sump hole to extort monies under the pretext of representing your best legal interest.

He is the current Sheriff of Patrick County and personal friend of Rob Coleman's. His Black Dodge Charger was seen at the Scene of the Traffic stop location at Moody funeral Home in Stuart Virginia on July 25th 2016, although he denies he was present. He also then later Targeted and Physically assaulted a NC Female who was the person who had overheard these deputies making threats of taking me out and down in the Circuit Court in front of Mrs. Cobbler. This targeted assault was done on August 23rd 2016 in Circuit Court during the Abuse of Process and Malicious Prosecution case against Stephanie Vipperman's office. This was later the subject of an extensive 2 year Virginia State Police investigation conducted by Special Agent Billy McCraw. Of Course no formal charges where pursued against the Sheriff by Nathan Lyons the Carroll County Virginia Commonwealth Attorney's Office, whom by the way frequently represents Mrs. Vipperman, when she is "So Situated" in cases and vice versa. I mention this because these cozy relationships are so very obvious, if you seriously look into these matters.

Had her office brought up on charges of Abuse of Process and Malicious Prosecution on August 23rd 2016. This USC 42 1983 civil rights violation took place July 25th 2016. NOTE: One month prior to this case, which was already on docket at time of this USC 42 1983 cases stop. Her office lost a Fabricated Assault and Battery Case on Jan 26th 2015, which uncovered that the Commonwealth Attorney's Sister in Law was a Officer manager where one of the fabricated witnesses had came from, which was Dr. Mahoney's Office located in Martinsville Virginia.
