Judges Comments
In the Commonwealth Court judge Cunningham unconstitutionally try to me that he is the gate keeper and tells me if I can have a JURY TRIAL in complete violation of the 7th Amendment. The Preamble to the Bill of Rights was very clear that the Constitution was not restriction enough so that is why the first 10 Amendments were ratified.
The Superior Court judges violated my Constitutional Rights when they illegally used Rules of Civil Procedure when they know rules cannot supersede the United States Constitution. The judges even violated the Pennsylvania Constitution in doing so because it specifically states rules cannot violate Constitutional Rights of any litigant.
