    Comments

The American Families are being ravaged and pillaged by a DOMESTIC ENEMY. The CPS (Child "Protective" Services)/Family Court System in our Country is slaughtering our American Families. Children are being held in the dangerous Foster Care System, known and recognized by the U.S. State Department, led by Secretary Mike Pompeo, as being a pipeline for the sex trafficking industry. Family members, who love and want to care for their kin, are being disregarded in favor of strangers. These types of arrangements by the State have led to the harm and death of our american children. Parents, who desperately want their children home, are, with no conviction of a crime, being forced into a program of involuntary servitude, against the 13th Amendment, as a requirement for the return of my american children. Parents are being forced to pay a ransom ("Services") for the return of their unlawfully separated (kidnapped) american children, who are, decidedly, being held hostage by a DOMESTIC TERRORIST. We The People respectfully demand that a "Case of National Interest" be opened immediately by the United States Department of Justice as a remedy to this current travesty of justice occurring across OUR COUNTRY. This Constitutes a life and death issue, as well as, a matter of National Security. My 3 sons were kidnapped on JUNE 2cd, 2010 without any warrant, without my permission and without any paperwork from a judge by CPS worker by Wood County CPS worker KELLY HICKLE-LENTZ. Wood County Juvenile Court with Juvenile Judge DAVID E. WOESSNER and Wood County (Child Protective Service) Worker ELIZABETH SWARTZ and Wood County Prosecutor CHARLES BERGMAN COMMITTED PERJURY violating the statues of the constitution and violation of civil right 1983 and violating Section 241 and 242 UNDER THE COLOR OF LAW deprived me of my rights and denied me DUE PROCESS OF LAW FROM THE BEGINNING AND TO THE END were they terminated my parental rights without me present in court on May 29, 2012. ELIZABETH SWARTZ and CHARLES BERGMAN Wood County PROSECUTOR went into the Wood County Juvenile Court telling the court and the juvenile judge that my 3 sons were in immediate danger and they were not in immediate danger and they lied on their affidavits to kidnap my 3 sons which is unlawfully and unconstitutional to take away my 3 sons EMMANUEL JOSEPH COOK, ASUNCION OMAR GARCIA and JONATHON MICHAEL BARREDA away from me. These individuals should be charged criminally but I REBECCA ANN COOK am Biological mother of my 3 sons was alienated from me and my children and throughout the entire case no matter what I did I still did not get my children back. I am currently challenging the illegal custody that Wood County CPS was granted by a Juvenile Judge DAVID E. WOESSNER that has been involved with Wood County CPS and Wood County Prosecutor's office in money trafficking our children for money tearing american children from their loving and forever homes and slaughtering the American Children for money profit that they get from the granting that the government provides to them this is a BIG RED FLAG now they are taking 1 million american children from their loving and forever homes and putting them in Foster Care were they are favoring strangers instead of their real biological parents this is wrong and when is everyone going to do or help us with theses types of situations. These Departments of child protective services are tearing the american families and slaughtering the american families so they can make money profit off of us and our children giving us a public defender who does not fight for us and our children. My children's and me rights have been violated and they are keeping my children held hostage after they built a fake case on me and there are no INJURED PARTY AND MY CHILDREN WERE NOT IN IMMEDIATE DANGER and my mother and my family members wanted to take and care for my 3 sons but they were denied without any home study to show them my children should of went with my mother who also has been raising my nephew for 6 years at the time I REBECCA ANN COOK did not know at the time what my real rights were I have read so much stuff on the Constitution and the Declaration of Independence and I did not know I had when I was going through this with Wood County CPS case. I am IN the middle of taking my case to the OHIO SUPREME COURT and SHOW THE COURT AND THE JUDGES HOW THEY COMMITTED CRIMES TO KIDNAP MY # SONS SO THEY CAN MAKE MONEY OFF THEM I KNOW WHAT THEY GET FINANCIALLY ON THE SIDE AND THIS IS SO WRONG MY CHILDREN ARE NOT MONEY BAGS AND THEY SHOULD NOT HAVE TO GROW UP IN ANOTHER FAMILY AND WONDERING WHERE I AM AT AND WHY I LEFT THEM AND I NEVER ABANDONED MY CHILDREN, ABUSE MY CHILDREN, NEGLECTED MY CHILDREN or were the DEPENDENT CHILDREN I WAS RAISING MY # SONS SINCE BIRTH AND HEN CPS AND THE PROSECUTOR LIE TO KIDNAP MY CHILDREN AND THE JUVENILE JUDGE LETTING IT HAPPEN AND DO NOTHING, THE JUVENILE JUDGE DAVID E. WOESSNER HAS A JUDICIAL VIOLATION OF DUE PROCESS OF LAW, CONSPIRACY, KIDNAPPING AND EMBEZZLING MONEY from a fund that helps real abused and neglected children, they are kidnapping children and violating DUE PROCESS OF LAW, CIVIL RIGHTS AND MUCH MUCH MORE of us AMERICAN PARENTS!!! PLEASE HELP BRING MY CHILDREN HOME AS I WILL NOT STOP FIGHTING FOR MY CHILDREN AND THAT MY CHILDREN ARE RETURNED TO ME IMMEDIATELY! THIS IS HAPPENING ACROSS THE ENTIRE NATION OF OUR AMERICAN COUNTRY> THERE ARE MILLIONS OF PARENTS THAT I KNOW IN OHIO CLOSE 800 other parents "WE THE PEOPLE" that is going through this Thank You for your time and consideration in this matter WE THE PEOPLE NEED YOU HELP. I am still here trying to fight to get my 3 sons back. I need any help I can get.
