Everyone knows they're innocent until proven guilty, I'm just correcting the claim that they were charged with trespassing. They were people charged with trespassing, but they were released, and the ones who plead guilty so far got slapped on the wrists.
The guys being held in jail are charged with serious felonies, in most cases serious crimes of violence.
