Judge Richard Jones got the case and immediately gave it to Judge James Robart #DeckWasStacked When I asked for an IMPARTIAL and UNBIASED JUDGE, Chief Justice Marsha Pechman denied my request TWICE and also refused me a FEDERAL MAGISTRATE. Judge Robart illegally dismissed my case with NO DISCOVERY, NO MEETING with OPPOSING COUNSEL (her husband works for King County Prosecutor), and NO ORAL ARGUMENTS/JURY TRIAL. The SAME DAY Mary Neel WA Court of Appeals illegally/criminally BARRED the WA Supreme Court from hearing my prima facie whistleblower retaliation case. JUDGES failed to recognize it's a FELONY for SCHOOL COUNSEL to LIE to STATE/FEDERAL JUDGES and INVESTIGATORS. RICARDO CRUZ caused $40 MILLION in KING COUNTY HR FRAUD ALONE before ILLEGALLY acting as hr director/general counsel/affirmative action/labor relations. YOU SHOULD HAVE SEEN HIM SQUIRM and HIS EYES GOT HUGE when I told him I also have family and friends at DOJ/FBI. CRUZ's wife is KATHRYN WARMS, now RETIRED U.S. ATTORNEY. I firmly believe she played a big role in this ONGOING OBSTRUCTION of JUSTICE. Just ask their nephew, GABE CRUZ, who apologized for their illegal actions against me and my family. GABE is a very good man and also a WHISTLEBLOWER.
