BELLEVUE WA SCHOOL DISTRICT repeatedly committed FELONY PERJURY. Fraud on the court occurs when the judicial machinery itself has been tainted, such as when an attorney, who is an officer of the court, is involved in the perpetration of a fraud or makes material misrepresentations to the court. Fraud upon the court makes void the orders and judgments of that court.

She allowed Nancy Larson (raised to HATE in Spokane WA) to commit FELONY PERJURY with RICARDO CRUZ, illegal general counsel and HR director. Judge Margitan WA Office Admin. Hearings yelled at me and was nasty and rude during the entire teleconference.
I have the RECORDING of her ILLEGAL ACTIVITY. The transcripts were artificially altered to HIDE the TRUTH on the recorded CD.

NOTE: I live near SEATTLE and the SPOKANE LEAD JUDGE told me not to SUBPOENA any witnesses from Bellevue Schools. He was in on the SCAM to deny me JUSTICE.

The next JUDGE I met a YEAR LATER was Judge Bruce Hilyer at King County Superior Court. His bailiff Lee told me my hearing was rescheduled for 2 weeks later when I was already at the courthouse.
I should have won by DEFAULT, but he was running for WA Supreme Court and owed AG Rob McKenna a favor. Rob was past President of Bellevue Schools and running for Governor.
I came back 2 weeks later and Judge Hilyer told his STAFF "Don't RECORD this HEARING". In the front ROW there was Communications Director for Bellevue Schools Jacque Coe taking NOTES. Judge Hilyer and/or BAILIFF illegally removed COURT EVIDENCE proving RETALIATION/SYSTEMIC RACISM by Bellevue Schools. Judge Hilyer told me he was ONLY giving me 10 minutes of his time.

WA Court of Appeals Mary Neel illegally ignored a timely Motion for Discretionary Review for Judge Michael Spearman, a Judge with a reputation for FAIR PLAY. She then illegally barred the WA Supreme Court from hearing my prima facie retaliation case.

Same day Judge Jim Robart illegally dismissed my case with ZERO DUE PROCESS. His fellow JUDGE was caught taking a $50,000 BRIBE and was demoted in 2016.

I took my case to the 9th Circuit, but the JUDGES were illegally hand picked in ARIZONA and Southern California for a CASE in SEATTLE, WA (Judges Canby, Paez, Silverman)

Eva Collins was Asst. Supt. then Interim Supt. then Deputy Supt. now Acting Supt. and soon Deputy Supt. AGAIN. The district has destroyed over a decade of public records and evidence. Eva got her relative hired after $40 million in King County HR fraud to lie, cheat, and steal with her and for her.
