DA’s offices - Knox county & Anderson County - failure to protect. Failure to investigate.
DCS Blount County - withheld forensic interviews for my child also and swept my child’s disclosures of SEX ABUSE under the rug. This particular IN DEPTH disclosure was made in front of a 3rd party visitation supervisor and documented by him. DCS turned a blind eye once again and refused to return attorney’s phone calls.
DCS is funneling children to known SEX OFFENDERS!

Dr. Mary Campbell; Children’s Hospital - she is a known ‘Court whore’ for DCS. She wins cases for them and abusive parents who have the money.
Dr. Thomas Hanaway - wins cases for parental offenders who are sexually abusing and physically abusing, etc. He also fabricates damning reports about protective mothers - trying to put them in psych wards, etc. (see articles on web). He is court appointed and defends child sex abuse.
Lori Boudreaux - rewrites medical records to help abuser/DCS win cases. This in itself is against the law.

Police

Knoxville Police Detective threatened self over DNA items I needed tested and failed to investigate the case - I personally brought to PD’s attention - or offer my child immediate forensic interviews due to DCS employee Cynthia Kohler’s Obstruction of Justice via: falsely informing officer of forensic interviews having been completed, etc.
KOHLER never reported the child abuse - which involved sexual abuse - to the police nor the DA’s office as prescribed under law.
All evidence was suppressed and falsely - intentionally- explained away under perjury, offenses to the court (fabricated reports) & obstruction.
DCS turned a abuse case against the father into a case against the protective parent with fabricated diagnosis in order to line their pockets and hand my child over to the offender from a wealthy family.

Comments

I was terrorized, stalked, and made to live in fear because of this case. For years! There are too many offenses to list here, I’m not the only woman this group has stolen or attempted to steal children from - it’s a terror network who use our Justice system to line their pockets.

This is an unlawful organization under federal racketeering laws.

My child has never been returned.
