Cps does not follow rules

I’m afraid to get to into detain due to being retaliated against because Cps is good for that.our system is corrupt. They take children out of homes for no good reason. They then try to get you for abuse or neglect any way they can they don’t send your children to family they send them to foster parents. They are supposed to inform you that you don’t have to let them in your home and they should give you information when they take a child they do not. They should check on the child within 72 hours of taking the child which they don’t. My child was in a home that they never went to. During my case I could never heard response from the workers or lawyer. I had a case for 5 months and only spoke or saw my worker when they took my child then a week later to return my child and one last time when the case ended. Nothing in between.
