My children and I fled domestic violence from OKlahoma to North Carolina. The abuser kidnapped the children from NC and brought them to OK telling me/mom I had to file divorce if I ever wanted to see them again. I did and Payne county completely protected the abuser separating me from my children fully giving me 2 hours per week supervised by him when I have a clean background and done nothing except always seek to protect my children from him. They made him the supervisor of my visitation when I have a protective order against him and they refused to modify it. They are trying to kill us. The abuser absconded probation in North Carolina for domestic abuse and has a warrant for his arrest, which the court acknowledged yet they still gave him children in violation of Oklahoma domestic violence laws. The judges continue to deny statute but they try to paint me to be rebellious. They are trying to prevent the case from moving to another court where the judges aren’t biased all in collusion with each other amd my children are the ones who suffer. I have been told they denied domestic violence training claiming that it causes bias. They are untrained and therefore dangerous. I filed the case February 9, 2021. I don’t live in Oklahoma. The case is set October 6, 2021 with the children being with the abuser the entire time.
The abuser assaulted my partner a couple of weeks ago while holding my 2 year old baby and fled the scene. The police refused to do a welfare check for 2 days saying the didn’t want to “Harris’s” the abuser. What is with this protecting abusers?
The Stillwater police brought him to my house in violation of the protective order. How extremely freightening!
