Eugenia Grivas

My beloved mother, Eugenia Grivas, was an immigrant from Greece trapped in a very abusive guardianship for bilking and exploitation for more than 15 years with no way out. She was Robbed of her Joy, Freedom, Spirit, Dignity, Self worth, life savings and ultimately her untimely death. I've been powerless to stop it and advocate for her without success despite spending over $125,000 without success. The abuse lives on long after seven (7) years of my mother's untimely death where the guardian is refusing to release what little remains in the estate for simply for refusing to sign a release. These "Shameful" guardianships for Bilking and Racketeering need to be exposed and abolished to prevent unsuspected vulnerable victims from being exploited by the Corrupt Judicial Legal System happening nationwide to millions of victims across the country.
