    Judge James Clark brought in his “Friend” Att Stephen Mutschall as appointed Guardian of Person and Finance. Mr. Mutschall moved Ms. Dwyer into a nursing home in Prince William County after removing around $50,000. That belonged to her and her husband of 22 years Mr. Said Chahmoune. Then sent Husband Said Chahmoune NOTICE to Vacate the family home for them to sell it.

    That Ms. Dwyer died on May 30, 2020, around 5 pm. Her husband being denied access to her. Her husband had to call 911 to have the police ensure her safety after several falls out of her bed, that lacked railings. Ms. Dwyer was denied access to her medicine and her doctors.
