RECUSED US District Court Judge - Hon. Allison Dale Burroughs has continued to issue orders WITHOUT jurisdiction, threatening to issue sactions against the Plaintiff if he lawfully attempts to file his legal documents with the Court. The recused judge has ordered the Clerk's Office NOT to accept any additional filings and to return the Plaintiff's legal documents via US Mail - constituting (at minimum) violations to ARTICLE III (Judicial Treason), Federal Tampering, Mail Fraud, Fraud on the Court, Civil Rights, Due Process, RICO and Conspiracy violations.
