Judge Tamara Elaine Hall

Judge Tamara Hall issued orders to kidnap a child from Canada under color of law, without notice or opportunity to be heard, with neither party present, in chambers, off the record, no court reporter present, both parties and child were over 1000 miles away in Canada where they lived. Judge Tamara Hall acted in complete absence of all authority outside the territorial jurisdiction of the United States. Respondent Marieke Randoy was has been deprived of all her rights of custody and access for 7+ years as the Los Angeles Superior Court has covered up this crime. This case is currently pending with the California Supreme Court.
