In the hearing on October 3 - 6, 2022

On October 3, 3022 Tom Ward left the Court Room misunderstanding the Judge and missed the most important destimoney of the day from the police officers

When he brought in his witnesses - by all apparanses the Judge found meeting strangers at McDonalds before he was to see his kids and bringing them to his visits - and other witnesses of whom he brought his children around were not acceptable apparently.
