Liu Ping - a prominent Jaiangxi-based activist and "New Citizens' Movement" member, was detained in April 2013 as part of a nation wide crackdown on freedom of assembly, association, and expression that began in March of that year. Liu was intially arrested for "inciting subversion of state power," but, authorities later dropped that accusation and charged her with three other crimes. She was tried alsonside Li Sihua and Wei Zhongping - Lenth of Punishment: Six years and Six months
Janice Wolk Grenadier did not spend the time in jail that Liu Ping did.
But, here is the outline and JWG was jailed in the USA for Public Corruption no different - yet in some ways worse as in the USA we are suppose to have REAL Freedom!!
October 11, 2014 – Breaking news Senator Mark Warner and aid to Governor Terry McAuliffe guilty and admit to offering a Federal Judgeship to daughter of Phil Puckett
October 14, 2014 – Janice exposes on Blog VaLaw2010.blogspot.com information of corruption by Senator Warner
October 22, 2014 – November 12, 2014 – 22 days Janice illegally jailed and tortured in the City of Alexandria, Solitary Confinement till 5pm on Election day Tuesday, November 4, 2014. Illegally Jailed to:
1. Silence her and stop exposure of emails between herself and Mark Warner’s office on the corruption in the Judiciary. Janice went to Mark Warner for help instead he had her jailed, at the same time it was exposed his “Pay to Play” with a Federal Judgeship for a favor. Being ignored by the Senate Ethics Committee.
2. That on November 4, 2014 the Sheriff game to JWG to inform her that the 17,000 votes needed for Senator Mark Warner to beat Ed Gillespie had been found in Prince William County
3. To Bully / scare her into either committing Suicide or to turning the other cheek of the corruption and not holding Virginia and the Federal Judiciary, the Government and Elected Officials accountable, as well as the criminal acts and actions of the Old Boys Network in Virginia
That the law is very clear: That Judge Clarks actions have turned back time.
Giving me less rights than a slave. Taking someone under Title 42 US Code 1994 and Title 18 US Code 1581(a):
Whoever holds or returns any person to a condition of PEONAGE, shall be fined under this title for imprisonment not more than 20 years or both.
That on October 22, 2014 I was placed in jail for failure to pay legal fees in 30 days which is a violation of my Thirteenth Amendment "Neither Slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as punishment for a crime where of the party shall have duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any subject to their Jurisdiction".
Furthermore the right by placing me "under" a state Peonage / Involuntary Servitude violating the Fourth Amendment right by malicious prosecution, false imprisonment and unconstitutional arrest.
This violation of my Eighth Amendment Right as to Excessive Bail which in this case constitutes "Restitution Bail" which further shows the knowledgeable malicious intent to silence me till the election was over on November 4th. 2014.
Bias, Retaliation and Retribution to further line the Lawyers pockets by Judge Clark.
Further: The system is one where the Lawyers and Judges have set it up to protect each other and line each other's pockets with Cash.

(CHRD reported information officer Liu) today ( 2014 Nian 8 Yue 11 Monday, May) Xinyu City Intermediate People's Court Liu Ping, Wei Zhongping, Li
The Sihua case refused to hold a trial at this second instance, and a ruling was issued to maintain the sentencing. The verdict is shown in the picture below.
Subsequently, Liu Ping was immediately transferred to the Jiangxi Provincial Women's Prison in Nanchang. Liu Ping’s daughter, Liao Minyue, consulted the Jiangxi Provincial Women’s Prison Office and Nanchang Women’s Prison and told the family to meet in accordance with the law next week. Tomorrow Liao Minyue will go to the detention center to ask for a notice of imprisonment. She can finally see her mother after nearly a year and a half. She begged the relevant departments not to obstruct, this was just a daughter's most human request.
In addition, the family members of Wei Zhongping and Li Sihua failed to contact Nanchang Prison.
